Again this Year, TIRR's Celebrity Chefs Dinner was a Huge Success

Taste of TIRR 2019 was held on Thursday, March 28, at the River Oaks Country Club. Houston's Johnny Carrabba and celebrity chef John Folse took guests on a culinary adventure of a lifetime. The evening began with Chef Johnny Carrabba preparing the first course, Cappelletti “Pope’s Hats” in a Suga Rosa sauce. Veal Osso Bucco followed the second course of Corn and Crab Cappuccino, prepared by Chef John Folse. The night ended with a wonderful Tiramisu. The evening honored the memory of longtime board member Allan “Bud” Shivers, and proceeds from the event are benefiting Mission Connect research.
