On February 24, members of TIRR Foundation's  Board of Directors, TIRR Family and guests  boarded a bus at 7:30 am and headed to College Station for a tour of Mission Connect labs focused on spinal cord injury repair and regeneration.  As part of TIRR Foundation's Spinal Cord Injury Research Hiring Initiative, four new researchers were hired to open Mission Connect labs within four schools at TAMU.  TIRR Foundation's  $1.5 million investment in SCI research at TAMU has created a powerful collaborative platform at this institution which further strengthens Mission Connect.
