TIRR Family is an organization of individuals that evolved following the tragic injury of an amazing young woman, Emily Conner. Emily’s spinal cord injury (SCI), which caused paralysis form the waist down, galvanized her family and friends to ensure that SCI became a priority among the medical research profession. TIRR Family has grown from a small group of impassioned family and friends into a vibrant community of volunteers who offer their time and talent to support TIRR Foundation.
